TORONTO, CANADA, March 2, 2009- Intertainment Media Inc. (“Intertainment” or the “Company”) (TSXV:INT) announced today that, further to a press release issued December 3, 2008, the offering of up to $3,000,000 worth of Debentures of the Company’s subsidiary, Itibiti Systems Inc. (the “Offering”), did not complete and has expired. No subscriptions were filled pursuant to the Offering. The Company and Itibiti Systems Inc. expect to continue to explore their financing options.
