Thanks for your insight uptown but youre assuming that INT has a one to one relationship with the markets in general. While there might be a loose correlation, that doesn't mean it has a causation. There is a difference. Lets see what happens with Itibiti developments. If you are right on your market call on the markets going south for the summer and forcing INT with it, you are right about accumulating in that 12-14 range for value.
