If they ran out of Money I don't think raising cash would be a problem, just more Dilution... The Private Telecom Group they partnered with wanted in for 1 Million in financing... Never underestimate INTs ability to raise more cash!!! I do hope that they dont have to and that the reason for the delay is they have to keep redoing the Financials as more money keeps coming in :-), We can Hope... GLTAL...
