You invested in KNB for the El Valle/Carles site correct? Well, that can't be produced without credit, which we alone cannot acquire. It's like in between a rock and a hard place. We know what were sitting on has tremendous value, but it doesn't mean anything if we have no means to pull it up. Are options are minimal and everyone knows it. That's our problem.

I know this property is worth much more, but I'm doubtful we can get this started anytime soon on our own nor do I believe we will get a decent buyout price due to the former statement.

Optimistic way of looking at it; you will still have your stake in Spain, and your portfolio's value just got significantly increased.
