A lot of people chimed in on "Ammendment No. 9" but your post is certainly an example of cooler heads prevailing. The story is still sound and there is no need to jump ship at this point. I don't know how anal the regulators are. Is it perhaps the fallout with what's happened in the markets in the late fall and has trickled down to the rest of us? Tighter regulations in the securities markets for all companies I would imagine.
