my mistake "kgem"... I didn't mean to say July 15.... but actually Aug 15. It traditionally takes bean counters a month and a half to go through the records, compile the reports and file accordingly. I gotta think the company will have migrated to the otcbb by then in which case you'll hear from them before mid August. glta.
