I found a post on the small cap investment hub that indicates Lantis Laser has a joint venture with Laser Energetics, Inc. to develop, manufacture, market, sell, and distrubute a laser instrument for the treatment and removal of tartar and deposits from teeth. I am not sure when this happened, or if it is new---does anyone have any information on this? I do not recall a press release on this joint venture. Could it be that Laser Energetics took over after Axsun was purchased by Volcano? This technology would open an entirely new income stream for Lantis if developed and marketed. The post did not indicate a date of the relationship so I do not know if this venture predates Axsun.
