I think there are a number of factors at play helping to drive the stock price down. We are at or near our 52 week low. In no particular order of importance, here goes:

1. Dog days of summer. Vacation time for a lot of people means there's not a whole lot of investors driving demand. There's that old saying...sell in May and go away.

2. Silence from the company. I know. I know. It's a broken record here. Wait til they get final approval to get off the pinks and don't stir the pot with the regulators. You're damned if you do and damned if you don't

3. No revenues.....yet. When revenues start to come in... more investors will join the party. In the meantime only those of us who understand the fundamentals and the true potential will be here in the long run.

4. I think the markets everywhere have peaked and you'll see some profit taking. There will be a correction because the big boards have had a pretty good run up since March.

When you combine all of these factors it's bound to take it's toll. BUT there is a silver lining in this cloud. Yes you can get more shares in Lantis at a bargain. I'm in for the long haul. Let the games begin. glta
