The company appreciates everyone's patience but it will remain silent pending final approval to the OTCBB.

The webcast which was produced by AGORACOM was intended as a brief introduction to new visitors to this site looking for small cap investment opportunities. There are over 150 thousand unique visitors to the AGORACOM site every month and that webcast was targeted at those individuals. We understand that those completely familiar with the Lantis story will find little in the way of new information with that webcast. The feature webcast is a service that AGORACOM provides to its clients in good standing. It is not really a way of "easing" into future press releases. It is a form of proactive communication to the investment community helping to keep the Lantis story front and center.
