Re: agreements with universities / some thoughts

I think yes, its a great idea for Lantis to talk to more universities/research institutions to showcase the technology. It gives more credibility to the technology and story. Now, a couple thoughts. I didn't know about LLSR until about several weeks ago when I jumped on this website. Coincidentally, I had been learning about the dental industry by virtue that a friend of mine is a dentist. He had recently purchased a cadcam system called E4D which I think is developed by D4D technologies and they are partnered with Henry Schein. I also got to see a demo of the D4D back in Las Vegas about a year ago and realized that the technology OCT might actually be utilized. I beleive that this technology is being looked at and the E4D would be the perfect system to utilize this technology along with all the other competitors that offer CAD/CAM systems. The other demo I had seen was Cerec (I can't remember the spelling). Anyway, it just seemed that the technology sector in dentistry is BIG.

Check out this article on E4D which talks OCT:

I'm hoping something big will come out of this!
