This is a great day in the history of Legend.

I have been looking forward to Legend listing on the American Exchange for some time, as it is typically believed that a listing on the AMEX will entice institutional investors to initiate coverage on the stock, thereby increasing the trading volume and hopefully the valuation / stock price of the company.

Having a secondary listing on the Australian Stock Exchange should also introduce new investors and increase volume while creating nearly a 24 hour trading day for the shares.

The dilution from the private placement will be overlooked as soon as they put shovel to ground and start construction on the slurry pipe. The investment from IFFCO should then kick in providing the finds to complete the work on schedule by mid 2010.

This has now become a real business, and the stock price and construction project should ramp in line from now on.
