The hiring of a Project Manager, General Manager Logistics and a Manager of Geology is a very positive step forward.

This demonstrates the companies resolve to begin generating revenues and buiding value for the company. It should also make them more attractive to a buy out candidate like Potash that is not yet in the Phosphate business. It will be that much easier for them to get their operations moving forward with the right production management people in place.

The Gutnicks are running a tight ship in some very challenging times.
