New to LGDI

posted on Nov 13, 09 04:04PM

I have recently invested in LGDI. I have read the investor presentations and the news releases on the LGDI website. Further, have read through the many posts on this board. Obviously, I am very excited by the potential of LGDI. However, being a neophyte I am not sure as to the timeline to ramp-up of phosphate production and shipment. I think LGDI recently changed the start of production & shipment from Q4 2009 to Q2 2010. Why the delay? It appears that LGDI is going through approximately $20 million a quarter ( I could be wrong). With $78 million on hand, the funds will last another 4 quarters. What are the costs associated with the ramp? Does anyone on this board believe there will be additional dilution? Who will fund the ramp up?

And, while the past year has seen tremendous insider buying, it appears that in July 2008 the Gutnicks sold approximately 30 million shares. That was a huge percentage of their holdings. Why did the Gutnicks not buy shares back when the pps was so low?

That being said, we have not had signficant news in well over a month. I hoping that some good news is on the way and that LGDI is ready to turn the corner.
