I have looked into his background as well, and he truly is an upstanding businessman with deep contacts and a lot of integrity.

Don't listen to the slander that is so prevalent on the yahoo boards and the like. They are ungrounded straight out lies.

Joe Gutnick is one of the key reasons why this company will be a big success. He knows how to lead a company and make deals that work in a Win/Win fashion for all involved parties.
