Hope this is in our future only more so.

Yongye International Inc (NASDAQ: YONG) shares are soaring this morning, gaining nearly 60% after the company announced this morning that its CEO and MorganStanley would be investing a combined $53 million into the company.

The company's CEO, Zishen Wu, Chairman and ChiefExecutiveOfficer of Yongye International, is going to purchase $3 million worth of company stock.

Additionally, Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia has agreed to make a $50 million equityinvestment (the "Investment") in Yongye.

At last check, shares of Yongye were up $2.15 in pre-market trading, gaining 57.33% to $5.90‎.

Yongye International, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the research and development, manufacturing, and distribution of fulvic acid based liquid and powder nutrient compounds for plant and animal feed used in the agriculture industry.
