All I can say in response to that reply is if there's a mining boom going on in Austrailia WHY IN THE HELL ISN'T LEGEND PARTISCIPATING IN THE BOOM? They claim they're working extremely hard to develop the phosphate venture, but by any standard known to man the loss of value in the shares reflect that they are losing the fight, not winning. The facts speak for themselves, as the market cap of the company has cratered in the past year.

They can make excuses till they go bankrupt. It the same old BS excuses.
