The way I see it, nobody with deep pockets wants in on this deal. Not Wengfu, not anyone Nomura could scare up, so Gutnick and the Boys are having to rough it on their own. Most likely because of the way they've run the business to date.

Now unless someone swoops in and offers to buy these people out I see this whole deal as being more of a exercise in futility going forward. How are they going to do what it takes to raise enough capital to get a plant built? I just don't see it happening unless some significant event changes things and to this point it doesn't look that will happen.
