I think there are two reasons for no price up tick with the huge volume. First, I wonder if it was possible for some to be in a tax loss selling position. They could have shorted other stocks in the fall and found themseleves with a capital gain that they could offset. Secondly, there were others that realized a great value for this stock at 4 or 5 cents. A perfect storm perhaps? Just speculating on my part
