no disrespect intended assassin...

it's all about making money and if this works for you.... keep doing what you're doing. It's entirely up to you but if you hold on to some that stock you get at 4, you could get an even great cap gain selling it at 15, 20, 30 etc... but it's all about your goals, acceptable risks and time horizons. Long live capitalism.
