We'll agree that Obama is going to have to find ways to pay for the promises, but until that happens, this is still a proposal. Also, I think it pertains more to rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Lexaria is inland in Mississippi. I think the article is good to know what's affecting the business in the area, but at the end of the day, it falls under the category.. nice to know.
