quaterly report/ no press release/ missed opportunity

I find it disappointing that the company did not put out a press release when it issued its quarterly report. We shouldnt have to sifting through stuff to find it. I know the quarterly didn't have overly fantastic news but I think companies give themselves more credibility when they announce their quarterly numbers in good times and in bad. And besides, it wsn't all bad either.
