Dear Curious Investor,

Thank you for your inquiry. Here is the Company's response to your question pertaining to the expenses reported in the 2006 Annual Report you asked about:

Expenditures are reviewed and approved by our Finance Committee and Board of Directors. Keep in mind the "town home" was more of a high-tech bunk house for up to eight field directed workers and a remote location office with utilities, phones and high-speed internet connections included in those monthly costs. All vehicle used in the area are 4 wheel drive trucks specifically equipped to handle the rough driving conditions in the remote Arizona Strip.
