Dear Curios Investor:

I also am an investor and believe that this forum is important. Your questions seem legitimate, however, I find your not so veiled assumptions regarding golf and a vacation house a bit over the top. It is my understanding that Kanab, Utah is not far from the breccia pipes being drilled just across the border in Arizona. If I was to be so bold as to project an assumption it would be more along the lines of perhaps this is a field coordinating/office/living space for the use of those LBSU folks collecting samples in the field. Also, I would question the proposal of purchasing a house in a collapsing real estate market that in my opinion has yet to find a bottom. Anyway, good luck to us one and all.
