That's excellent insight, and what you wrote specifically that "Briscoe stakes well" just added to my confidence. So when Briscoe says he's got the goods on Big Chunk, he probably does, based on your impressions. And if he "JV's well," then we are in pretty good shape.

THX...probably will step in again before too long, just want to see if we have anymore cheap shares. This one really has all the ingredients, and a fully diluted market cap of $9 mil...pretty exciting.
