I was just remembering that XState's share offering was so oversubscribed that they raised far more cash than they needed. I'm too depressed about the stock to bother to look it up again, but I seem to remember that they had about 1.25 million that was not committed to the JV with us.

Considering what they spent on the pipes so far, why not sell ALL the north pipes claims to them for enough cash to pay the debt? It would be a fantastic deal for them and a lifesaver for us.

Then focus on Big Chunk, with no debt and a few hundred grand in the bank.

Just a thought...
