Well what value do you expect to get from the sale of a project? LBSU has no sort of leverage as it needs cash fast.

What value does LBSU have in a merger? Why go and overpay for an entire company? I'm sure in bankruptcy court, companies can pick their project at bargain basement prices.

So I'm not confident in the shareholders getting anything out of this company in the future. Heck at two tenths of a cent really mean you have something now? I doubt it.
