Message: Question for LBSR

Does the "getting closer to our goal" (of funding) have a separate meaning or message to the "outside factors"? I am not a big believer that the current political situation is, by itself, a reason to be optimistic about Hay Mountain funding. Having said that, if the current political climate and other outside forces are influencing potential investors to take a new look at and fund Hay Mountain, I will be happy to be wrong. Thanks.

Also, is it possible to take the private placement strategy and use it somehow to get larger investors to become part of a loose partnership. For example, ten investors each pledge $100,000 each for a ten-hole drilling program. Each investor is potetntially rewarded with the cumulative results of all ten holes. In other words, $100,000 doesn't buy a specific drill target. The risk and reward are spread over all ten drill holes.
