In theory that may sound nice, but there can be a lot of other issues preventing that from happening. Competitors in business, ego, greed, difference of opinion as to the direction to take are all issues that have to be overcome. Only if it truly is a win-win and there's some sort of synergy (ie 1+1=3) can any collaborative effort actually work. But.. who knows.. maybe those things can be overcome..
