To answer your question as to long term testing I Prof. Pinchas Mandell the President/CEO of MagneGas Israel, LLC. have known Prof. Santilli for 8 years. He is a good friend, my mentor, a colleague, and his company MagneGas Corp. owns 20% of MagneGas Israel, LLC. So I guess you can say that he is my partner in Israel as well. His reputation as an honest, ethical & decent man is unquestionable in my eyes for I have been with him through fire & water (good & difficult times); and his scientific & academic credentials rival anyone you will ever meet in your lifetime. We also both share a number of mutual friendships with many colleagues in academia and elsewhere all over the world.
As the MagneGas technology is an emerging technology, I fail to understand you’re asking such a ridiculous question as to long term testing. YES, the technology is commercial, industrial, and has been working for years now. In fact MagneGas Corp. produces MagneGas as a replacement for acetylene cutting gas on a commercial basses as I write this response. I can say that many improvements have been made over the years to the technology and will continue to be advanced & further improved on over time which is completely normal and to be expected of any technology. But don’t think for a second that the current MagneGas Reactors are a toy or a laboratory curiosity for this is a COMPLETLEY wrong assumption. I don’t see Microsoft hesitating to sell 100’s of millions of copies of Windows operating systems even though they know there are some bugs yet to be resolved.
I don’t see you asking if nuclear fusion reactors which are miles long and in which hundreds of billions of $$$ of tax payer’s money have been spent over the last 25 years on JUNK science which until this very day have never proven themselves to work; including the recent LARGE Hadron Reactor in CERN Switzerland in which 6.5 billion Euro was spent only to FAIL miserably just to try and prove what Prof. Santilli discovered and proved almost 30 years ago; and which by the way the Plasma-Arc-Flow Reactors built by MagneGas Corp. are in fact Hadronic Reactors which DO WORK.
If your same logic was used to determine whether NASA should have spent billions of $$$ to put a man on the moon even though it was NEVER done before and had a track record of ZERO; then man would have never reached the moon. In fact, if we as research scientist & pioneers would have followed your same flawed logic throughout history, we would still be living in the “Stone Age”.
In regard to your statements as to the terms & conditions for doing business with MagneGas Corp. the conditions are completely in line with internationally accepted business practices; especially for such an important emerging technology. We don’t need fools who DO NOT understand the technology to dictate what is best and to do things in an improper manner which may result in tarnishing the good image of the technology. The tests are vital for securing all local governmental environmental approvals & permits just as any other technology in this class. It is also important data which MUST be collected on site with the liquid waste streams in question in order to engineer & build the very large industrial equipment which will be needed to make available the best possible solutions to the clients’ needs & requirements. We are not talking here about a toaster oven.
And as far as Africa is concerned, I have personally lived & worked all over Africa for many years with various government officials whom in most every case were crooks, liars, thieves and even murderers of innocent people. I know every possible scam that goes on in Africa because I have seen it up close & personal. So when you say there is $ 100 million available for such projects in Africa; in most cases it is complete B.S. I would never let an African politician or any business man representing them dictate any terms. This is a classic case of the saying “Put your money were your mouth is”, “Put up, or shut up”.
And lastly your comment of Prof Santilli being a one man show is completely ridiculous and untrue. I know the whole MagneGas Corp. team. They work as a team and make decisions together for the benefit of both the potential client as well as for the company. I am even called on myself from time to time for my advice & input. I would hardly call that a one man show.
