2-3 years away from a mine? lol

Adanac isn't close to being a mine, Goldrea can't seem to get a deal done, and you expect this company to come thru and have a mine in such a short time frame?

Hell none of the Reaugh suite of companies can get institutional financing. Why can't management get that done? Where do you expect for this company to finance a mine? If you think it will be thru stock, then I guess you don't worry about massive dilution.

So no institutional financing and selling stock is prohibitive....sounds like you might want to put those hopes for a mine on hold.
