Those who are in long will just have to sit and wait it out. I've been buying juniors for about 10 years and have been in MOR for about 2. I've never personally experienced this type of volatility but I do know that markets do tend to snap back very abruptly. If you are still in and you believe in the story like I do, stay strong.
