Is the market losing interest/patience with N? others have been able to finance and close deals in the MJ space.

Next Gen to date has not pulled the trigger on any MJ deals and only demonstrated that they want to be a public investment conference company.

Need to successfully and quickly close this financing and pull the trigger on a true MJ deal.
