Mr. Barr has been the President, CEO and Director of Pacific North West Capital Corp. since its incorporation in May 1996. Mr. Barr is the founder of the International Metals Group and has been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background in mineral exploration, business management, corporate finance, and marketing. After working for two years with the Presidents of CanAlaska Uranium , Freegold Ventures, and El Nino Ventures Mr. Barr resigned from the Companies and their respective Board of Directors.
