You are right - news moves the price. NFR has a great story and they may need to get some professional help to get that story out.

When you say that they need to "raise some more cash," I assume you mean that they need to issue some more shares (i.e. a PP). While I hate the idea of share dilution, if the capital is used to prove out new resources and that significantly raises the share price, then I am all for it.
