Is it really worth caring about? Any developments here are already priced in.

The IMF has "Talked" about selling the gold for years and years to impact the price of gold.

people have to remember that any sale needs congress to approve and congress needs to be on board with 80% voting approval.

it is all politics and any green light meand that China steps up and buys the whole lot cause it will be an off market transaction that does not impact price, and thus their dollar holdings.
