Dear Alfa Shareholder, thank you for your inquiry. JOL had signed an agreement in April of 2003 with the State of Qatar to develop a project in Doha, Qatar. However, based upon subsequent decisions by the Qatari Government JOL will not develop that project in Qatar. Negotiations between JOL and the State of Qatar to resolve the disputes relative to the 2003 agreement have now been concluded in a friendly manner.Details of the settlement have not been released to date, however once they are the details will be posted on this forum.
