Dear denniscap, thank you for your inquiry, The land will be transferred into a development company, not Alfa or JOL. However Alfa/JOL will own a majority of the development company, but the percentage which they will own has yet to be determined.

Since the will be majority owners of the Development Company, from an accounting point of view it can be consolidated in Alfa/JOL balance sheets.
