Value Proposition

I don`t know why anyone would be selling right now. Alfa is a extremely undervalued proposition. The land being provided by the Sultinate had an estimated value of 75 million late last yeatr and the real estate boom in the GCC State show absolutely no signs of slowing down. This is only speculation but the land alone probably has gained 50% in value.

This is not a $.40 cent syock no matter how you anylize it!

As soon as the real estate is signed over for the developement,the way I calculate it this is a $4.00 stock over night.
