Dear Victor L, thank you for your inquiry. On October 11, 2005 Alfa International Holding Corp. acquired JOL as a wholly owned subsidiary. JOL is engaged primarily in the business of real estate development in the country of Oman and has an MOU with the Sultanate to build the Omagine project. Currently the company has not announced any other initiatives.
