Dear Victor L, thank you again for your inquiry. During the negotiating process there is little which can be disclosed about the negotiations and certainly individual details can not be discussed. Alfa Management remain confident that final terms can be reached and the deal will be signed, however it is very difficult if not impossible to put a timetable on such negotiations and the resulting agreement.
