On April 24, 2007, Alfa received an Offer Letter from the Oman Government. While it's not a final agreement, it's highly significant. In response, management said, "We are tremendously pleased with the progress of events to date." Since then, the stock the stock has traded a total of 10,000 shares down several cents. (Trading has not been halted.)
