Sure, I'm talking about the actual value of the company TODAY not what we hope it will be worth at some point in the future. Remember theres no guarantee that the deal will actually get signed. TODAY 6/26/07 this company has - net value, yet at $2 a share has a market value of some 70,000,000, hence its trading for a little more than its true value.
