The phantom-like message that I referred to is right under our collective noses, and may be viewed on Agoracom's web page under "FOR INVESTORS" just beneath the bold banner "Rely on the Agoracom Marketplace to findyour next Great Small-cap Stock."

It states (precisely):

Omagine (OTCBB: OMAG)

Has received a letter (the "Approval Letter") from the Minister of Tourism on behalf of the Sultanate of Oman for the construction of a $1.6 billion world class tourism and residential real-estate development.

(Notice there is no by-line, no date and no source connected to this phantom message. So far, I am unable to verify it.)
