Dear Omagine Investors, Mr. Slocum is a shareholder – NOT an insider, affiliate or director – The shares were purchased in a private placement, and as a result is subject to filing his notice of planned sale of his restricted stock pursuant to SEC Rule 144.

Mr. Green is an insider/director. Directors (or any insider, affiliate or control person as defined by Rule 405) are always subject to filing Form 144 with the SEC before any planned sale.
