Why would the share trade at a price lower than the current Bid???

Just saw 3k shares trade at .77 today when I have a Bid for 2k shares at .78.

Why would someone prefer to sell at a lower price???

Same thing happened yesterday when my standing Bid of .85 was not hit, but the low of the day was .75 (a full 10 cents below my Bid).

Any ideas...anyone???

Or can Agoracom offer any insight?
