Mean while Oman has been ranked third in the Middle East and 42nd in the world, with a score of 67.4, in the Index of Economic Freedom 2007 published by the Wall Street Journal and the Heritage Foundation. This is good news to the likelyhood of the deal moving forward and getting finalized.
