I see that the price of Omagine has been going down as you. I also have been watching the stock that the company still has 27.3 Mil as to 45+ Mil that was there several months ago. What happens to the value of the shares once the 27.3Mil is depleated by investors buying at this low rate. How is the value of the stock increased to a $4-$5 a share price when the DA is signed?
