Interesting how after the last quarter report, there hasn't been a chorus of hoorays and hurrahs from the natives. Turns out this Mr omagine whom ever he might be, did indeed have some inside info. Even with my usually pessimistic view have to admit things are looking as well as they can with out an actual signing. The thing that lifted my spirits was the mention of the possibility of an announcement of a signing date. That in it self would normally be enough to bring the buyers out of the wood work. At least a year ago it would have, in today's market who's knows?
