My burning question

HOW AND WHY IS ALL OF THIS HOOPLA NOT HELPING THE STOCK TO MOVE UPWARD. WHAT ARE WE MISSING? WHAT THIS STOCK NEEDS IS STATEMENTS OR POSITIVE WORDS FROM OMAGINE OFFICERS.

THERE IS NO LOGICAL REASON THIS STOCK SHOULDN'T BE SELLING IN THE LOW DOLLARS RANGE
