I agree, you know we keep hearing all these stories, how Oman is this model of economic efficiency. All this surplus cash and how their economy is insulated from the down turn due to all their wise prudent planing.

Lets review here, what has been our experience. Well lets see they spend over a year deciding on what type a document, they want to use for development projects. Most recently they demonstrate yet again, they are unable to keep there own deadlines for meetings and internal reviews. ( I think its been like 3 dates now they have broken for just this last meeting)

Poor Drohan, he's afraid to pass on any info he receives from the government that might include any type of time frame. For the simple fact they absolutely will not make their own deadlines. They never have not once! Its not managements fault its the government's fault.

So please no more stories about how the great and wise government of Oman is achieving this great thing or that. Exspeacily if it includes by this year or that year. Because as our own experience has shown it simply isn't going to happen, not in any time frame the government sets that's for sure.
